Is OlaChill Vietnam a tour company?

OlaChill Vietnam is the Vietnam platform of OlaChill, a travel technology company operating in Japan since 2026. We design and coordinate private itineraries in Vietnam with local teams in each destination.

Why are prices shown in VND?

Our suppliers price in Vietnamese dong and so do we. The site converts to your currency for reference; the written quotation and the final charge are in VND.

How far in advance should we book?

Chauffeured cars and airport transfers: 48 hours. Private tours and coaches: one week. Resort packages, golf and cruises: two to four weeks, longer for peak dates.

Can you build a multi-destination itinerary?

Yes. Most requests combine two or three destinations; we quote the whole route with domestic flights, transfers, stays and experiences in one document.

What is not included in a private tour price?

Entrance fees are itemised, meals are included where the tour says so, and personal expenses are yours. Everything else the quotation lists is included.

What if we need to change or cancel?

Each quotation carries its own change and cancellation terms, because a cruise suite and a chauffeured car have different rules. We state them before you confirm.
