Phu Quoc's main roads link every resort zone, so a group programme is mostly a question of timing and vehicle sizes: the airport waves, the hotel order and the evening events.

How we plan the runs
- One arrivals manifest, with every flight assigned to a vehicle.
- A pickup order for each hotel when the group is split.
- Event shuttles timed to the venue's doors, with a last return run.
- On request, a standby vehicle for the main event day.
Weddings and evening events
For weddings at the resorts of Bai Khem or Long Beach and evenings at Sunset Town, we run loop shuttles between the hotels and the venue and keep every timing in one sheet shared with the planner.
